Well Child appointments: To book a well child appointment, either call the office or click on the free 411 Patient Portal. The portal will allow you to request a well child appointment but our staff will handle the actual scheduling and confirmation with you. To book a sick visit or a consultation, please call the office at 512-327-0411.

411 Pediatrics provides compassionate healthcare for children from birth to 18 years of age. Wellness checks, sick visits, and walk-in visits are welcome. We are the only pediatric-specific after hours care in Westlake, caring for minor emergency and illness until 8pm on weeknights and Saturday and Sundays from 9a-1pm. The total bill for both ER and 411 came out to about $1200. I only wish they saw it as it would have saved us a lot of money and time wasted sitting for 4 hrs at the ER.
