How do I gain access to the patient portal?
To gain access to the Patient Portal on our secure serve, become web-enabled simply by signing up and providing us with a person (non-work) email address. You will be able to securely login with your username and password, and gain access to your personal health record and other helpful features from any computer or smartphone.

What insurance does Glenwood Medical take?
We accept all insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and provide those who are uninsured or with economic hardships a sliding-fee-scale program to help minimize their cost. Thank you for choosing us to care for you and your family.
What is the treatment for cancer?
Active treatment with high-dose corticosteroids, cancer chemotherapy that causes severe immunosuppression, or other medications that may suppress your immune response.
Can patients take a seat in the waiting room?
Patients without symptoms can take a seat in our waiting room which provides socially distanced seating.
Does Monroe County have a 3rd dose of Moderna?
The Monroe County Department of Public Health has set up an appointment reservation system for immunocompromised individuals who qualify for a third dose of Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Third dose vaccines are available at all Monroe County vaccine clinics.
