Can a child have access to their own portal?
A Child (birth to under 12 years old) cannot have access to their own Portal account, but their account can be enabled for proxy access (i.e. “authorized representative”) to be used by their parents or legal guardians. A parent or legal guardian may request access in person at the office. The requesting party must sign a Validation of Parental Relationship form at that time.

An obstetrician cares for women when they are pregnant. They have been trained to care for both the mother and the unborn child during both normal and complicated pregnancies. Our practice delivers babies at F.F.
