How many visitors are allowed at the ER?
One designated visitor per patient is welcome. Due to lobby capacity constraints, visitors may be asked to wait outside.
What time can you stay overnight at the ER?
One visitor is welcome to stay overnight from 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. Visitors are not permitted to switch out during the 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. or 8 p.m. - 6 a.m. visitation times. Two designated visitors may accompany a patient for an outpatient test or procedure. Children under age 14 are not allowed to visit.
Can you stay in the waiting area for a PUI?
Visitors will not be allowed to remain in the waiting area in between visits. For emergency surgeries and procedures, two visitors may check in after 9 p.m. No visitors for positive COVID-19 patients or those on the PUI COVID pathway.

Does the patient portal expire?
The patient portal invitation you receive after visiting one of our facilities will never expire. Once you sign up, the portal will be available to you 24/7.
