If you contact Newtown Medical Associates using MyOneChart and do not receive a response within 72 hours, please call our office directly at 770-740-8550. MyOneChart is your new patient portal. MyOneChart is a free, secure, web-based system that allows real-time access to your personal health information and medical records.

How do I enroll in the mychop app?

Go to the App Stor or Google Play on your mobile device and search "MyCHOP": If you don’t have a MyCHOP account, please call the front desk of your provider’s office and ask to enroll in MyCHOP.

If your child develops concerning symptoms of cough, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell, contact your medical provider immediately. Before you go to a doctor’s office or ER, call ahead and tell them about your/your child's symptoms. They will coordinate safe treatment and testing.

Newtown Medical Associates is a member of a network of physician practices that utilizes MD Suite, a secure, web based system that allows you to contact our doctor electronically. M D Suite is available 24 hours a day for you to review your labs and conduct non-urgent communications with our office.

Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID. You are responsible for the security of your password (s) and for authorizing, monitoring and controlling any access and use of your account and password (s).
