Dr. Pugar is the founder and President of Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders. He is a nationally recognized neurologist who has helped develop DCND into one of the largest private neurology practices in Ohio.

Timothy Schoonover, DO

Dr. Schoonover is a senior partner and Vice President of Clinical Quality at DCND. He is also the Medical Director of stroke programs at Grandview, Southview, Kettering, Sycamore, Good Samaritan, Greene and Soin hospitals.

Petre Udrea, MD

Dr. Udrea has been with Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders since 1999. He has a special interest in treating movement disorders and stroke. He obtained both of his degrees at Wright State University in Dayton, OH.

Ryan Maenpa, MD

Dr. Maenpa has been a physiatrist with DCND since 2006. He has helped people with neurological conditions live better lives from the start of his career through rehabilitation & physical medicine.

Michelle Noel, DO

Dr. Noel joined DCND in 2010. She enjoys all neurology but has a special interest in sleep medicine. Dr. Noel believes by fixing sleep issues, you can address a lot of other health problems.

Rajinder Singh, DO

Dr. Singh joined DCND in 2011, specializing in Epilepsy. Dr. Singh’s passion for learning all he could about epilepsy led him to do a fellowship in clinical neurophysiology, with specific training in EEG/VEEG, IOM, and EMG/NCV at Loyola University Medical Center.

Jon Durrani, DO

Dr. Durrani joined DCND in 2017. He loves the challenge of neurology and the meaningful changes he gets to help make in his patient’s lives. Dr. Durrani originally trained to be a neurosurgeon but changed course to neurology.
