Nicole Byrne, MSN, RN, PMHNP-BC, has been working in the mental health field since 2016. She received her BSN at Adelphi University and continued on to Stony Brook University where she received her MSN in psychiatry/mental health. Both of Nicole’s parents worked in the mental health field which inspired her from a young age.

Alan L. Steinberg is a Geriatric Neuro-Psychiatrist and served as the principal psychiatrist at East End Neuropsychiatric Associates for more than 30 years prior to retiring in 2021. Dr. Steinberg mentored Eric Spronz for eight years prior to his retirement and the transition to Eric as the practice owner.
