Ancillary Services – includes laboratory testing, bone scanning, and ultrasound. For patient convenience, East Valley Internal Medicine offers these ancillary services directly in the offices. This means patients do not have to travel to a separate facility for these tests and practitioners can interpret and deliver the results to patients more quickly than using an outside testing facility.

Pain Management – includes an interdisciplinary approach to helping people with acute or chronic pain live more comfortably. Since chronic pain affects approximately 25 percent of people in the United States [1], it is an important area of concentration for East Valley Internal Medicine. Can you see lab results on a lab portal?
We can only display results of tests done at our preferred lab, and only when they are ordered by our doctors. If you have lab work done by another lab or another doctor, it will NOT be available on the portal.
Does the portal track immunizations?
The portal tries to track overdu e tests and immunizations, but it can only do this if the information has been entered into our system.
Can patients access the portal without difficulty?
The vast majority of our patients access the portal without any difficulty . So when problems occur, we are confident they are due to technical problems on the patient's side. Unfortunately, we are not trained to solve those problems. Please follow the suggestions on this website before calling for help. These are the same suggestions that our staff will offer.
