Health records are completely separate from other University records. Access is limited to authorized Student Health Center personnel only. The Student Health Center will discuss/release personal medical information only with the student's written permission.
Do you have to be a full time student to get medical treatment at the Student Health Center?
To receive medical treatment at the Student Health Center you must be a full-time undergraduate student and have the required admission Medical Report on file. There is no visit fee for eligible students.
