How to set up a FCI account?
Step 1: From any computer, tablet or smartphone, go to FCI.MyHealthPatientPortal.com and click “Register” on the login page. Step 2: Enter your date of birth and your unique patient number. Current patients get their unique patient number from their clinic.

Do not select Remember my ID if you are using a public computer, such as in a library.
