For questions or concerns about your medication list, use either the Inbox option under Messages or contact your provider’s office directly by phone.
Who assigns your username to a provider?
The username is assigned by your provider’s office. Please contact them if you want to change your username.
Does Gagon Family Medicine offer discounts?
Gagon Family Medicine offers discounts on services provided based on family size and annual income. Our discount program is available to all individuals and families who receive services in our offices with annual incomes at or below 200 percent of the most current federal poverty guidelines.
