What happens after I join the patient portal?

After joining, you will have 24/7 access to your medical information, have the ability to send messages to the office, and request an appointment. Please Note: No health information will be sent to your e-mail. You will have to set up your account on the Patient Portal web page. All information will be retrieved from the portal.
