Is Medical Hills telemedicine?
Due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, Medical Hills Internists has begun telemedicine services. Patients connecting with us via FaceTime and SKYPE for telemedicine visits are instructed to only use these telehealth platforms DURING SCHEDULED VISITS WITH THEIR PHYSICIAN. These platforms are not to be used as a substitute or replacement for calling the office to speak with our staff. These platforms and communications will NOT be monitored outside of business hours 8a-3p Monday-Friday.
