How do I send mail to IU Health West hospital patients?
Patients may receive mail while staying at IU Health West Hospital. Anyone who sends mail to a patient should address the envelope as follows: If you receive mail after you leave, we will forward it to your home address. Flowers and gifts may be delivered to the Welcome Desk just inside the main entrance at IU Health West Hospital.

Parking at IU Health West Hospital is free, with parking lots and entrances conveniently located to help patients and visitors get to their destinations quickly. For the health and safety of our patients and team members, our valet service is temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.
How do I request a prescription renewal through my IU Health?
Patients can only request a prescription renewal through My IU Health. The renewal request is sent to the provider, not to the pharmacy. To request a prescription renewal, visit the Medication section of the Medical Record within Health Services.
