The JCMH Patient Portal gives patients instant access to their health information, including laboratory and radiology results, medications, allergies, demographic information, visit history, discharge/aftercare information, and more.
What is the change to the patient portal system?
As part of that project, the Hospital will be changing the patient portal system, which you currently use. The new patient portal system will allow you to access your records for both the Hospital and SJMH physician at one location. Since this is a new patient portal, you will register again as you did originally.
