How is my medical record maintained at King's daughters?
Your medical record is maintained electronically at King’s Daughters. We use an electronic medical record (EMR) system called Epic, which allows King's Daughters-associated providers to access your medical records wherever you are. The Epic system integrates information from anywhere you receive treatment at King’s Daughters.
