Important Message From your Jefferson Health Care Team We’ve Transitioned to Paperless Billing! Effective March 15, 2022, all Jefferson Health patients with MyJeffersonHealth accounts are automatically enrolled in paperless patient billing.

How do I access patient medical information online?

Please Note: Online access to patient medical information for visits that occur on or after September 28, 2019 will be accessible through our new patient portal MyJeffersonHealth. Historical medical information will still be accessible from either the hospital portal or physician portals, respectively.

Can a parent be a proxy?

If you are a parent, legal guardian or other designated adult, you might be eligible to become a designated proxy. To gain proxy access for an adult: Ask the patient's provider office for the proxy access form or print it here. Complete the required documentation.
