Diagnostic Imaging in Madera
The Diagnostic Imaging Department provides imaging services to both inpatients and outpatients in a comfortable environment. Our team of skilled physicians and technologists use advanced equipment to create an efficient personal experience for patients.
Locations & Hours
Our services are offered Monday through Friday in both our Outpatient Center and within the main hospital; where radiology services are also available on Saturday. The Outpatient Center is the most convenient location for walk-in x-rays.
Convenient Digital Records
Our Picture Archival and Communication System (PACS), provides your doctor with real-time digital access to your exam images and the radiologist's report of your exam.
MyCommunity Health
All patients can login to our patient portal, MyCommunity Health, to review your medical records.

Apple Health App
The Health app on iPhone & iPod touch acts as one centralized hub for all your health data from various third-party apps and devices such as your Apple watch, run or step trackers, sleep trackers, food diaries, etc. Community Medical Center supports health records on the Health app for Apple iPhones & iPod touch devices.
