Magnolia Health has many convenient and secure tools to assist you and give you access to better to healthcare information. To enter our secure portal, click on the login button. A new window will open. You will be able to login or register.

The patient portal is a free and secure platform that will help save you time and will make working with your doctor and monitoring your health easier and more convenient. With the portal you can easily request refills, schedule and change appointments, view your lab results and medical records, and even send your doctor a message.

Click Medical Records to begin looking at your clinical records. Click on the name of the patient you are authorized to view. The patient’s clinical visits will be listed chronologically. Select the visit you would like to view and double-click. Click the “Transmit, download or print Summary of Care document”.
