Where is Magnolia Regional Medical Center’s Health Information Management Department?

Magnolia Regional Medical Center’s Health Information Management Department, also known as the Medical Records Department, is located on the ground floor, past the cafeteria, on the right. Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have questions or concerns, please call our office at 870-235-3243.

How do I login to Magnolia health?

Magnolia Health has many convenient and secure tools to assist you and give you access to better to healthcare information. To enter our secure portal, click on the login button. A new window will open. You will be able to login or register.

MyHealth Patient Portal MyHealth, provided by Magnolia Regional Health Center, is a secure private web portal that allows you to access your health records online. What is MRMC portal?

The MRMC patient portal is an electronic health record that includes a view of your clinical data. The data on the portal includes test results, medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and billing statements.

How to view clinical records?

Click Medical Records to begin looking at your clinical records. Click on the name of the patient you are authorized to view. The patient’s clinical visits will be listed chronologically. Select the visit you would like to view and double-click. Click the “Transmit, download or print Summary of Care document”.

During your visit to MRHC, please remember that creating a healing environment for your loved one is our priority.

Special guidelines for MICU & SICU

Only two guests at a time should visit these areas during approved visiting hours. However, visitors may swap outside the unit in order to allow for others to see the patient. See below visiting hours schedule for details.

If you choose to visit after 9:00 p.m., you will need to enter through the Emergency Department doors and register with security.

Provider Portal

If you are a contracted provider, you can register now. If you are a non-contracted provider, you will be able to register after you submit your first claim. After creating an account within the Magnolia Health provider portal you can:

Magnolia Express Care is a Magnolia Regional Health Center owned clinic that is here to provide urgent care to you when it matters most. We know that illness comes at the most inconvenient times, so that’s why we provide fast and affordable healthcare seven days a week, with hassle-free walk-in appointments.

Emergency Care

MRHC EMS offers both emergency and non-emergency ambulance transport along with wheelchair transportation to the citizens and visitors of Alcorn County and the surrounding areas. The staff of MRHC EMS receives extensive continuing education to assist them in providing excellent pre-hospital care.

Can I get a copy of my birth certificate from Magnolia Regional Medical Center?

Can I get a copy of my child’s birth certificate? Magnolia Regional Medical Center does not have copies of birth certificates. After your baby was born, you were given a Birth Certificate Application (Birth Certificate Information Form) to fill out. Mail the completed form, along with $12.00, to Vital Records.
