It is the policy of Maiden Lane Medical to keep credit cards on file in a secure encrypted environment. As it says on our website in the FAQ section: Our practice policy is that all patients keep a credit card on file. This is designed to cover no-show fees, co-pays, deductibles, non-covered services and any other items outlined in your EOB. This works the same way as leaving your credit card at a hotel upon check-in for "incidentals". All patients sign an agreement allowing us to use the credit card on file for this purpose. This agreement is signed at check-in at the beginning of every visit.

After hours calls are handled by a messenger service, who will relay your contact information to our "on call" healthcare provider. When is Joplin Medical Clinic open?
Each of our Clinic locations are open from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All locations stay open until 07:00 p.m., on Tuesdays, in order to serve you with a later evening option. NEW! As of August 2020, our Joplin Medical Clinic is OPEN LATE three days a week - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 08:00 p.m.
