If you have an urgent medical question while the clinic is closed, you can access our on-call physician by calling our main office phone number (231)935-0850, and follow the prompts. The on call physician will call you back within 30 minutes.

Calling our office
Normal phone hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm. Our phones are not answered between 12:30pm and 1:30pm. When you call our office your call will be routed through our voice mail system. You will be required to choose the correct extension to reach the appropriate person to handle your needs.

How to contact Grand Valley Medical Specialists?

Can you accompany a patient in the office?
No visitors are allowed to accompany patients in the office unless you are a parent of a minor, or you are a patient that has a physical dependence on another or you are unable to communicate, hear or remember details. All patients will be screened at the front door before entering.
