How do I make an enrollment request for my medical records?
Go to the bottom of this page and “CLICK TO ENROLL” This should open the “Enrollment Request” in a new page where it requests your information (Name, Date of Birth, Medical Record Number/SSN, Email Address) Complete all fields- (make sure to include the “M” and all of the zeros when entering the Medical Record Number)
How to access my health information at Magnolia Regional Health Center?
For Magnolia Regional Health Center’s MyHealth Patient Portal users, your health information may also be accessed through an application such as those used on a smartphone. Depending on the chosen application, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results. If you are interested in using an application, please contact our helpline at 662-293-1007. Our staff is available to help between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
