The Sharesource portal is intended for use by healthcare professionals to remotely communicate new or modified treatment parameters with compatible dialysis instruments and transfer completed treatment data to a central database to aid in the review, analysis, and evaluation of patients’ historical treatment results.
How do I register a patient in the sharesource patient portal?
Select "Current Baxter Patients" and then "Sharesource Patient Portal". This will take you to the registration page. Enter your name, account number, order number, country and language preference and then click "Next".
What will happen to the sharesource website during maintenance?
During this time, the Sharesource website will not be accessible; however patients may proceed with treatments as planned. Treatment data from connected devices will be available after maintenance is complete. Any device programming may need to be done manually during this time.
