How do I get access to my Patient Portal?
If you have questions regarding portal access, you can email [email protected]. If you do not have an activation letter and require an activation code, please complete the information below and select to have the activation code letter mailed to you or sent via email. If you need access to your patient portal sooner, please call (717) 836-1512.

How do I Reset my login to my Patient Portal?
Please note, if you are requesting a login reset for your patient portal, activation codes are mailed to you through USPS. If you would like access to your portal earlier please call the office directly to receive your login name or proceed with resetting your account and obtaining a new activation code.
Signing Up
Your doctor's office will provide you with a username and password to give you Patient Portal access. You can also get access by calling our Customer Service Department at (614) 423-6916 or toll-free at (844) 245-5538.
