How do I login to my Patient Portal?

In order to begin using your portal you will need to provide us with your email address. At that time you will be given a username and password. The first time you use this site, you will be allowed to create your own security password. You will be notified to go to your patient portal by an email from East-West Health Center This is a secure site.

How do I sign up for OnPatient?

Gain access to your information via web or the OnPatient App. Ask your provider to send you an email invite to the OnPatient Portal. Open the OnPatient invite email, press the “sign up” button and register online. Download the OnPatient app from the Apple App Store. Launch the OnPatient app and log in to connect to your medical provider.

Does OnPoint require a provider visit?

COVID Testing at all OnPoint sites must include a provider visit for us to comply with malpractice regulations and our insurance company contracts. After you consult our provider, the test samples are collected and sent to third-party laboratories; you may receive a separate bill from them if your insurance deductible hasn’t been met.

Can you walk in to urgent care for PCR?

If you are without symptoms you may walk-in to any of our sites. If you have symptoms we ask that you register online and we will contact you about how to proceed.

Does OnPoint Urgent Care have the same electronic records?

At OnPoint Urgent Care, we can schedule a follow-up with a Primary Care, OB/Gyn, or Pediatric provider before you check-out! On top of that, all of our Urgent Care and Primary Care practices are on the same Electronic Medical Records system, Athena. Meaning you will not waste time filling out unnecessary duplicate paperwork!
