What are patient portals and how do they work?

ChristianaCare’s Patient Portals help you create a secure, personal site that allows you to be in control of your health. Currently you must be a ChristianaCare patient or use ChristianaCare services to create or access your Portal. What can you do with your portals?

How do I get help enrolling in the new hospital portal?

For assistance with the new hospital portal or to obtain your Community Medical Record Number which will be needed to enroll, please contact the Health Information Management Department at 609-303-4085 (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

When will the new hospital portal be available?

We have transitioned to a new hospital portal as of February 6, 2021. To access your records for dates of service after February 6, please register for the new portal here.

How do I Activate my Huntsville Hospital Patient Access Account?

At your request, our Patient Access staff or your health care provider will provide you a PIN number and authorize the system to send you an email with instructions on how to activate your account. The email message will come from Huntsville Hospital Health System.
