How do I get my test results from the Ogden clinic?

In most cases you, will be contacted by your provider’s office once test results have been received, regardless of the availability of your test results on the Ogden Clinic Patient Portal. In all cases, please contact your provider’s office to discuss any questions related to your test results.

Can you manage your family's records?

Yes, you can manage your whole family’s records from one page. On your own Patient Portal welcome page, click the ‘Account’ link on the top right corner and then click ‘Invite New’ under the ‘Trusted Representatives’ section and follow the instructions.
