How do I get my test results from the Ogden clinic?
In most cases you, will be contacted by your provider’s office once test results have been received, regardless of the availability of your test results on the Ogden Clinic Patient Portal. In all cases, please contact your provider’s office to discuss any questions related to your test results.

Can you catch an infection with a PCR test?
There are pros and cons: you can catch an infection earlier with a PCR test, but you get the immediate actionable result with the rapid antigen test. They’ve been shown to be pretty equivalent in lots of different scenarios.
Does Nomi Health Utah charge out of pocket?
When you are tested at a Nomi Health Utah Testing site, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. We will collect health insurance information for patients that have insurance and submit the claim to the insurance. For patients without insurance, we will bill the HRSA Federal Covid Assistance Relief Fund.

What is the patient portal number?

What is a personal health record?
While the “personal health record” is a summary of your health history (including allergies, prescriptions or chronic illnesses, for instance), your medical record includes all doctors’ notes about each visit to Tanner Clinic. Release of your more detailed medical records is a function of Tanner Clinic, not Patient Portal.
Do all providers use the patient portal?
NOT ALL PROVIDERS currently use the patient portal. Please ask your provider if they use and and how you can best communicate with them
Can you manage your family's records?
Yes, you can manage your whole family’s records from one page. On your own Patient Portal welcome page, click the ‘Account’ link on the top right corner and then click ‘Invite New’ under the ‘Trusted Representatives’ section and follow the instructions.
