Do the Pella regional walk-in clinics use clockwise online schedules?
The Pella Regional Walk-In clinics will continue to utilize Clockwise online scheduling. Pella Regional Health Center is one of only twelve 5-star hospitals in the state of Iowa rated for overall hospital quality from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Who signs the authorization for a patient?
The authorization must be signed by the patient or the patient’s legal representative. Legal guardian or person with durable power of attorney documentation required. HIM reserves the right to contact the patient/requestor to validate the authorization before releasing the records.
Where is the HIM department located?
HIM is available from 7:30-4:00 pm Monday- Friday, excluding holidays. The HIM Department is located on the main level of the hospital near the Business Office.
