Can I get my X-ray images and results online?
No worries. At Queensland X-Ray, we provide our patients with their images and results online. To access your images and results, you’ll need to register for an account when you visit one of our practices. Once you’ve registered, a text message will be sent to you shortly after.
How do I Reset my Password for patient portal?

How do I get my xray results Qld?
Online results via Patient Portal At Queensland X-Ray, we provide our patients with their images and results online. How long does it take to get results from an xray?
In non-emergency cases, you will usually know your X-ray results within one to two days. In an emergency, you will usually know your results in a few minutes or hours.
What do xrays consist of?
X-rays are a type of radiation called electromagnetic waves. X-ray imaging creates pictures of the inside of your body. The images show the parts of your body in different shades of black and white. This is because different tissues absorb different amounts of radiation.
Will a radiologist tell you if something is wrong?
“They aren't doctors, and while they do know how to get around your anatomy, they aren't qualified to diagnose you.” That is true even though the tech likely knows the answer to your question. Imaging techs administer thousands of scans a year.
How long does it take to activate IQVUE?
7 days after your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all your images immediately through our IQ VUE Patient app, or online web portal by visiting www.iqvue.com.au.
What is IQ Vue app?
The IQ Vue Patient App features the ability to upload your referral and request an appointment for a specific day, time and location and practice in our network that suits you. Once you submit your request, our dedicated booking agents will contact you to confirm your appointment details. Our Imaging Queensland network includes Sunshine Coast Radiology, Central Queensland Radiology, IQ Radiology, Advanced Women’s Imaging and Breast Diagnostic Specialists. How long does it take for a referring practitioner to get your images?
Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. We highly recommend you make a follow-up appointment with your referring practitioner to discuss your clinical findings. Once you have access to your current images, you can easily share your images with family or other health practitioners by viewing the desired study and selecting the ‘Share’ icon. You can also save your images by selecting the ‘Export’ icon.
Is IQ VUE free?
Imaging Queensland is pleased to introduce our free IQ VUE Patient App and secure digital portal providing easy access to your images and diagnostic reports. With the click of a button, you now have the ability to take your images and reports with you wherever you go, via your smart phone, tablet or online web portal.
