Who sends images to Texas Radiology Associates?

The imaging center sent the images to Texas Radiology Associates. One of our radiologists have read your exam and prepared a report for your physician. This process is done remotely.

How to get a copy of my patient statement?

In order to receive a copy of your statement, please log into the Patient Portal, our patient portal, below and click on “Download Statement”. Instructions will be provided on the multiple ways you can receive your statement there.

Do you have to bill a doctor for an x-ray?

For example, if you came to the emergency room and had an x-ray and laboratory tests, you may receive a bill from the emergency room physician for their professional services, but also, a bill from the radiologist for interpreting any x-rays.

Does PatientFolio accept credit cards?

PatientFolio accepts all major credit cards.

Can patients have full access to their insurance?

Patients can now have full access and control over their payment plans, insurance updates, statement download and more. All at our patient portal.

Is a radiologist bill separate from a hospital bill?

Thank you for using our services! You are receiving this bill for the services provided by the radiologist. This charge is separate from the hospital bill.

Does Texas Radiology Associates send a bill?

Texas Radiology Associates send patients a separate bill from the hospital for our radiology services. Our bill looks like this form.

Request an Appointment

Radiology Associates offers appointment requests online for most exams. Please Click on “Request An Appointment” button below then select the exam you are requesting and fill out the form. Our Patient Services Coordinator will contact you by phone with a day and time for your appointment.

To ensure accurate scheduling and excellent patient care, we require a copy of your order form you received from your doctor. You may take a picture via your smartphone and email it to [email protected]
