How do I search for patient exams in RadNet?
Search for patient exams that were acquired at any RadNet imaging group and location. The portal gives you access to patient exams across multiple imaging groups. Click the Search Button to complete the search. Not all fields are required. Click the Clear Link to remove the search query and return to the default display results.
How do I get access to patient study results?
Access reports and images in seconds from our secure portal. Connect, our provider portal, gives our referring physicians convenient and quick access to patient study results. Connect provides secure access to your patients’ reports and images and real-time updates on exam status. Reports and images are available to you as soon as they are signed.
How do I view DICOM images in RadNet?
Locate any patients seen by RadNet imaging center. View your patients’ entire exam history to access the report and images you want. View reports directly within the portal, as soon as they are completed and signed. View full DICOM images directly within your browser. Use convenient window-leveling, measuring, and scrolling controls.

What is the patient detail page?
The Patient Detail Page shows the complete exam history for the patient. Selecting an exam will provide access to its report and images.
How to print a radiologist report?
Click the Expand Icon to view the report’s specifications and metadata. Click the Download Report Icon to download a PDF of the report. Name the report PDF, and click the checkbox to agree to protect patient health information. Then, click the Download Report Button. Click the Print Report Icon to launch a print-friendly view of the report, that you can print using the browser’s print function. When the reading radiologist creates key images for an exam, the key images will display on the report tab. Click the Key Image Thumbnail to view the image. Key images will launch in the Quick Viewer Window.
What is eRAD web viewer?
The eRAD Web Viewer is a browser-based image viewer. It allows you to view images directly within the portal from the Images Tab.
What does a pop up ribbon do in a portal?
When system alerts and warning messages are sent by the portal, you will receive a pop-up ribbon to notify you a new message has been received.
Can you receive messages from the portal?
You can receive messages, alerts, and warnings from the portal. You can also send secure messages to the portal.
Can you search for patients outside of your practice?
However, you can broaden a search to include patients and providers outside of your practice. Click the checkbox to enable searching for patients and providers outside your practice. The background will change to remind you of special privacy and auditing requirements for viewing protected patient health information.
