All of the information in My Randolph Health Record comes from your Randolph Health electronic health record. If you are already registered, click the "Log On" button above. Then simply enter your username and password.

How many emails do you receive when you request access to both the Hospital Patient Portal and the Clinic Patient Portal?

If you are requesting access to both the Hospital Patient Portal and the Clinic Patient Portal you will receive two separate emails with instructions for accessing both systems.

How to set up a secure patient portal?

Setting up a secure account starts by speaking with a member of our Patient Registration team and requesting activation of your Patient Portal. After providing an email address you will receive an email containing a link and instructions on how to complete the Patient Portal registration process, including how to set your password. Once your password is set, log out of the portal and your activation will be complete.

How to reset password on a portal?

Within the portal, click on the green Trouble Logging In button and select Forgot Password. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.

What is the username for multiple family members?

If you have signed up multiple family members with a single email, the username for additional members will be: last name , first name , year of birth (smithjane1945).

Is it safe to log into a medical portal?

Yes, when you log into one of our portals you enter a secure site that is designed for the transfer of sensitive medical information.

Can you access your medical records electronically?

Your medical records may consist of both electronic and paper records. Only electronic records are available through the Patient Portal. For access to your paper records, please contact our Medical Records Department.
