How to see my health chart?
View results by clicking on the My Health tab, and then click on the Chart. Select which DOCUMENT you would like to see. Scroll through the document until you find your results.
Can you print your results from the Portal?
Absolutely. Your results will be available to you through the Portal anytime you need to print them.

Your medical information is your information, and the Online Patient Portal provides easy access to review important information at any time. The portal also allows you to provide authorized family members with access to this information. By using the Online Patient Portal you are able to play an active role in your healthcare and manage your medical information easily and securely.
How to get temporary sign in information?
Complete the Enrollment Request. Log in to your email for your one-time username and password. Click on the link within the email to access the portal.
Can a family member access the Patient Portal?
Yes, you can give family members such as parents, children or health care proxies access to the Online Patient Portal. This needs to be done within your healthcare facility and requires consent from you and your family member (s). Contact Health Information at 601-553-6109 to get started.
Can you copy and paste on the Patient Portal?
Yes. Online Patient Portal passwords are encrypted and the webpages are designed so that the information cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Online Patient Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the page open.
