How do I invite a health care proxy to my account?
“Read only access” means your health care proxy can only view your information. “Full access” means your health care proxy can view your information and make changes the account. From the "My Account" drop-down, select Preferences. On the "Preferences" screen, select the "Invite a Proxy" button.
Are SWSA physicians in-network with my insurance?
Although SWSA makes every effort to be in-network as a group with the majority of the insurance plans, not all SWSA physicians are in-network at this time. The most common post-operative issues are discussed in the instructions below.

What is patient portal?
Our Patient Portal allows you secure, real-time access to your Patient Care Summaries, medication list and recent labs. Through Portal Messaging, you can message your surgeon to request prescription refills, make appointments, and ask simple (non-urgent) clinical or billing questions.
How long does it take to respond to a patient portal?
The Patient Portal is to be used for NON-URGENT issues only. Please give your provider 72 business hours to respond.
How do I sign up for FollowMyHealth?
You can register for an online account here. If you prefer, you can call FollowMyHealth support at 1-877-290-2133 .
How to add pharmacy to patient suggestions?
On the "Patient Suggestions" page, ask to have your pharmacy added. Please include its address and phone number.
Can I still check into the urgent care or convenient care online waiting room?
This feature is not offered at this time. Watch for our new urgent care and convenient care check-in service, SaveMySpot, in early 2021.
What tests are available for follow my health?
Tests related to drug abuse. Pathology tests (including PAP tests, biopsies) are released to FollowMyHealth based on your doctor’s orders. Radiology results (including X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans and mammograms) are released to FollowMyHealth based on your doctor’s orders.
Can FollowMyHealth verify my email?
FollowMyHealth can verify you without the need to create a new email address or information to sign in. This can be done if you sign in with:
Does FollowMyHealth store username and password?
If you use one of the sites listed above to sign in, FollowMyHealth will not store your username and password. Your private information will only be stored by those sites.
