What is the law against accessing medical records without a valid patient authorization?
Improperly obtaining access to another patient’s medical records without a valid patient authorization is against State and Federal confidentiality law and is subject to fines and/or imprisonment.

A third-party verification system confirms your identity by checking responses that you provide against their database of information. None of this information is stored at your clinic.
