How do I link my UCI Health Medical Group MyChart account?

Step 1. Log in to UCI Health MyChart. Use your existing username and password for UCI Health MyChart to log in. Step 2. Connect your MyChart accounts. Go to "Manage My Accounts" under Account Settings. Follow the on-screen instructions to link up your UCI Health Medical Group MyChart account. Step 3.

Patients have the option to request an activation code on our website (myUCLAhealth.org); this option is not yet available on our MyChart mobile app. This applies to ADULT patients only.

myUCLAhealth offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their health information. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.

Can clinic staff sign up for myUCLAhealth?

Due to the rapid expansion of Telehealth, as a result of COVID-19, clinic staff can now remotely sign-up patients for myUCLAhealth via Instant Activation. Feel free to give them a call.

Access the Patient Portal by visiting or calling any health center location for assistance.#N#Patients will need to: 1 Provide a personal email address. 2 Visit UGLHealth.org and click on the ‘My Patient Portal’ button in the top right-hand corner. 3 A new browser window or tab will open with a login screen. The login area is on the right side of the screen. 4 Log in using the assigned username and temporary password. 5 Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions. 6 When prompted, change the temporary password. 7 Full access to the Patient Portal should now be available.

What is MyChart portal?

The MyChart patient portal offers a convenient and secure way to manage your healthcare online — anytime, anywhere. Use MyChart to request appointments, communicate with your care team, request prescription renewals, view test results, access medical records, pay bills and more.

How to get activation code for MyChart?

Use self sign-up to receive an activation code. Visit the MyChart sign-up login page and under the right-hand menu, select "Sign up now." Then, click on the button that says "Sign up online" under " No Activation Code?" Follow the steps on the next screens to complete the form and verify your identity. Patients under 18 require a parent or adult proxy to sign up.

Community Screening Update

All students, faculty, staff and others living, learning or working on campus — regardless of their vaccination status — are required to test once a week and are encouraged to voluntarily take a second test each week.

COVID-19 Winter Quarter Town Hall

Following UCLA’s extension of remote instruction and a significant increase in COVID-19 cases, campus leaders share updates on COVID-19 protocols for winter quarter related to vaccines, testing and student services. After the presentation, panelists answer student questions submitted prior to the town hall.

In-Person Instruction Resumes Jan. 31, 2022

UCLA will be returning to in-person instruction on Monday, Jan. 31. We are able to make this transition due to improving conditions, including decreasing case and test positivity rates at UCLA and in L.A. County, as well as increased compliance with the new campus COVID-19 testing protocols and vaccine booster requirements announced last month.
