How do I book a medical appointment at Vaden health center?

**Note - During the pandemic, in the interest of promoting the safest possible experience for our patients and providers, Vaden Health Center asks any student who wishes to be seen for a medical appointment to book a Phone Visit via the Vaden Patient Portal or to call the health center (650-498-2336) before coming in directly.

How do I enter verified dates into my Vaden patient portal?

Enter verified dates into your web form via VadenPatient. Upload the information directly into your Vaden health record via the VadenPatient portal (preferred method) or send completed form to Vaden (see below for other submission options). (Required if your answers on the Tuberculosis TB Screening Questionnaire indicate risk)

Your inability to get into the vadenpatient portal may be because you have not yet been matriculated and/or term activated in the Registrar's system. How much is the copay for VADEN?

You can access primary care outside of Vaden Health Center with a $25 copay. Specialist care and other services are available at the Tier 2 level of benefits (without a referral from Vaden) Tier 2 insurance benefits are accessed by first satisfying a $500 deductible.

What time does VADEN open?

Medical Services is open currently from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday and Saturday from 11:00am-3:00pm. Please do not walk in. Please call 650-498-2336 to make an appointment OR schedule a phone visit over the Vaden Patient Portal. If you need to be seen in person, we will make arrangements after your phone call.

What time does Weiland offer virtual services?

The Weiland office is offering virtual services at this time. Our hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. An option for telehealth services (via Zoom) is available for students who are in California.

She has worked in child/adolescent and adult psychiatry since 2015. Vaden enjoys time with her children and family. She has always said her children are her heart. She even homeschooled them for a period of time. She is a published author and wrote “Fighting Dragons in Heels” to help women going through divorce.

Who is Vaden Danielson?

She attended Oklahoma Christian University for her undergraduate degree in Biology and then attended the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center for her degree as a Physician Assistant. She is a member of the Oklahoma Academy of Physician Assistants.
