Portals can yield actual value for providers by boosting clinical and financial outcomes. They have the potential to drive patient engagement, patient satisfaction, loyalty, retention, and health outcomes. This is how it can be done.

How to access the MyHealth patient portal?

The my health patient portal is free and available to all patients. There are two ways to sign up. Online. Go to Self-Enrollment, and complete the form to verify your account. Online enrollment is available to patients 18 and older. You will need either: Your Medical Record Number, or MRN, from your most recent discharge instructions.

Do you have a patient portal?

With MyChart, you can: 1 Access and review test results. No more waiting for a phone call or letter. 2 Request appointments with Fast Pass. Swap current appointments and see your doctor sooner. 3 Request appointments with Direct Scheduling. Make your own appointments online or via mobile app. 4 Receive automated reminders for such important health screenings as mammograms or blood pressure checks. 5 Request prescription renewals 6 Send a secure email message to your doctor’s office at anytime. 7 Keep track of allergies, immunizations and medications. 8 View details of upcoming or past appointments. 9 Update personal information. 10 Pay bills online.

Where is the activation code on my visit?

Use the activation code that can be found on your enrollment letter, bill or the last page of your visit summary. Follow the instructions to activate your account.
