What is Valley Medical Group’s patient and Family Advisory Council?
In late October, Valley Medical Group will convene a Patient and Family Advisory Council. This is a group of concerned patients and their supporters who will meet quarterly to provide us with ideas, advice, and feedback about the care we provide.

If you are referred to a Valley Medical Group health care practitioner, be sure to bring your insurance card, as well as copies of medical records or documents concerning the specific issue for which you are referred. Co-payments are due at the time of your visit.
