MEDICAL HOME RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medical Home coordinates patient services across the healthcare spectrum. We coordinate care among our providers at WIHD and with community-based specialists, behavioral health resources, rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and emergency rooms.

Dr. Stephanie Goodman is a board certified internist who completed her fellowship in geriatric medicine. She has been in practice for eight years. Dr. Goodman has worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She received her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University. Following medical school, Dr.
