East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust initially rolled out the patient portal across outpatient GP referrals, elective admissions and physiotherapy services. The trust is currently expanding their digital services into cardiology, endoscopy and community projects including dietary, bowel and bladder services which historically have seen a high DNA rate.
