Can I still buy QuickBooks Desktop 2021?
As of writing, there are a few one-time-purchase-licenses for QB Premier 2021 still available. With a one-time purchase, you pay a single fee to buy the program. Download it to your PC for permanent access, and you will receive updates from Intuit at no additional charge through May 2024.
How do I upgrade QuickBooks Desktop to 2022?
Open the Discovery Hub, then select Upgrade to QuickBooks 2022, Select Proceed to upgrade, then Upgrade now. If you want both versions, select Keep old version on my computer .
Can I still use QuickBooks after subscription expires?
You can still access the file even if you'll not restore your subscription. But you'll be unable to continue receiving the security updates and online services, such as the following: QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Services. Live Support.
How often do you have to upgrade QuickBooks Desktop?
If you have a one-time license for an older version of QuickBooks, you don't have to upgrade to an annual subscription immediately. Your version of QuickBooks will be supported for three years after its release. So, for example, if you purchase QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020, this product will be supported until 2023.
