How to set up a proxy account?

The first step in setting up a proxy account is to make sure both you and the other person have a MyChart account. To link your child’s account, ask the front office staff the next time you visit your pediatrician’s office. You also can do this for another adult whose account you wish to link to yours.

How long does it take to receive a MyChart answer?

You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your physician office by phone if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if there is an emergency.

Your test results are released to your MyChart account generally within 1-3 days.
