*To increase transparency in your care, Piedmont is proud to share health information with you sooner, including provider chart notes. Keep in mind that because you’ll receive your results sooner, your physician may not have reviewed them by the time you do.
When did we stop uploading patient information to follow my health?
Please note: We stopped uploading patient information to Follow My Health in October 2020. Results uploaded prior to that time will remain in the Follow My Health portal and can continue to be accessed there. Patient information recorded since then will be uploaded to a Cerner portal if one has been created.
How to add health records to Apple Health?
Once enrolled in HealtheLife, you may connect to your health records via Apple Health App. Open the Apple Health app and tap the Summary tab. Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner. Under Accounts, tap Health Records, then tap Get Started.
