You will just need to update the MyWellmont app through your app store. If you have a FollowMyHealth patient portal with a legacy Mountain States Medical Group (MSMG) clinic, don’t worry – you’ll still have access to your information in FollowMyHealth, but no new information will be added to this patient portal.
