Is Adirondack primary care accepting new patients?
We are accepting new patients. We'll work with your insurance. You can rely on Adirondack Primary Care to help manage all aspects of your health, keeping larger concerns at bay. We accept Medicare and most insurance, so you shouldn't have to worry about being covered.
Do your health centers offer an independent patient portal?
Our health centers offer an independent patient portal using their electronic medical record software, e ClinicalWorks (eCW). The information in this portal pertains to care received at the health center. To request access to or assistance with the eCW patient portal, please contact the health center’s office during normal business hours.

What is the phone number for the Patient Portal?
Established patients may also contact our patient portal helpline at 518-824-8620 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for assistance in registering for the Patient Portal.
Can a patient register for the Patient Portal?
Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information.
How to request an email invitation from beacon medical?
You can also request an email invitation by calling your Beacon Medical Group office or in person at your next visit. If you do not have a Social Security Number, please call your Beacon Medical Group office for an email invitation.
What is MyBeacon access?
Through MyBeacon, you will now have real-time access to certain information like lab, pathology and diagnostic imaging results. When you’re equipped with your health information you’ll be able to manage and take control of your health, while forming a more collaborative relationship with your care team.
